Making Money

In todays culture women and men in the work force have changed so much to say 25-30 years ago. Today women are so much higher in companies but seem to make much less then a man that has the same position.
I don't know why this is but i do believe it is changing. Women are becoming more successful and I truly believe they have become tired of the stereotype and have worked hard to become just successful as any position that a man hold out there.

    I just found out something the other day that I found interesting. Women and men who compete for the same job and are equally qualified, federal law states that the job would be given to the woman.
